255 Business
Sector Forum

Reconnecting.
Helping families
rebuild their lives.

The families of the hostages have paid, and continue to pay, an enormous price. Even when a hostage is released, the journey to recovery is only just beginning.
The 255 Business Sector Forum was established to connect the needs of hostage families with the strength of the business community—its people, connections, expertise, resources, and opportunities.
Our goal is to help families return to work, rebuild their businesses, reconnect with their communities, and resume their lives through ongoing, collaborative action.

Our
Projects

The 255 Show | The Hostages’ Independence Day

A major musical event planned for summer 2027, initiated by hostage families to express their gratitude to the Israeli public and strengthen hope and connection. We are seeking partners, donors, and sponsors to help make it happen.

Employment and Business

Connecting families with employment opportunities, professional guidance, support for businesses affected by the crisis, and new opportunities through the forum’s network.

Advocacy | Remembrance and Responsibility

Meetings between hostage families and employees and leaders at organizations, to keep their voices heard, raise awareness of their needs, and strengthen mutual support.

Rehabilitation Retreats

Creating opportunities for rest, connection, and renewal for families, in partnership with companies and organizations.
